Verizon Sells Over 2 Million iPhones in The September Quarter

Over the past few days, carrier companies have been announcing their earnings for the previous quarter and the iPhone sales. Yesterday, AT&T announced that it sold and activated 2.7 million iPhones in Q3.  Lets see how the Verizon iPhone stacks up.

Ever since the iPhone landed on Verizon, it has been the top-selling smartphone for the carrier. Today, Verizon announced that the iPhone sold over two million units last quarter, which represents a 300,000 unit decline compared from the June quarter.

It seems that Verizon is still selling less iPhones than AT&T, which actually surprises me. The reason this surprises me is because of the complaints with AT&T’s cell service and how all the critics recommended Verizon over AT&T at one point.
