Apple to Launch iPhone 4S in China and 21 More Countries Next Week

Apple has announced that the iPhone 4S will finally launch in China and 21 additional countries on Friday, January 13th. After this release, the iPhone 4S will be available in over 90 countries.

In a press release this morning, Apple CEO Tim Cook reported that “Customer response to our products in China has been off the charts.” Cook went on to note that with the big launch next week, the iPhone 4S will be available in over 90 countries, making this the fastest iPhone rollout ever.

The list of countries where the iPhone 4S will begin to be sold include: Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Bolivia, Botswana, British Virgin Islands, Cameroon, Cayman Islands, Central African Republic, China, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Grenada, Guam, Guinea Conakry, Ivory Coast, Jamaica, Kenya, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritius, Niger, Senegal, St. Vincent and The Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos, and Uganda.
